Shipping Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete addresss provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the redelivery fee.
Lost or MissingPackages
Once your order has been handed over to the delivery carrier, it is no longer under our control.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once they have been marked as delivered. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist where possible.
Shipping Location
We currently ship within Australia only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
