Ring Sizes and Necklace Lengths
Please carefully select the correct ring size and necklace length (where options are available) before placing your order.
We are not responsible for incorrect sizing chosen at checkout. As most pieces are handmade to order, we are unable to offer refunds for sizing errors made by the customer.
Damaged Items
If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
If a return is required, the item must be sent back to us. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will offer a suitable solution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
